Task
Management
Insolvency is like war … periods when little
is happening … then suddenly a major appointment lands in
your office and everything is happening at once. It’s impossible
to plan for … but speed is critical.
Being able to ‘drop
everything’ and react immediately is vital in the initial
stages of an appointment. But knowing exactly what you’ve
‘dropped’ … and being able to pick it up where you left
off when the heat dies down is vital to your profitability …
not to mention your sanity.
How would you like to be able to:
- Process asset poor appointments very quickly and efficiently
- Link a standard document, letter or form directly to a task
template to guarantee that staff always use the correct template
- Generate a complete checklist of appropriate tasks immediately
a new case is created:
… and automatically calculate start and end dates for each
task
… and automatically allocate each task to appropriate staff
- Know that recurring tasks (eg: “Prepare Form 524”,
or “Reconcile Bank Account”, etc.) are automatically
re-generated as soon as the current one is recorded as complete
- Enter the date of an ‘event’ (eg: creditors meeting,
dividend, etc) and immediately have all the necessary tasks accurately
dated and allocated to individual staff
- Never overlook any deadline, including ASIC or ITSA lodgements
- Know that tasks are being started with plenty of time for completion and that
no task can be accidently overlooked
- Easily identify overdue tasks by the colour-coded task status
- Anticipate workload bottlenecks days or weeks in advance
- Display the current and future planned workloads for any of
your staff
- Display a personalised ‘to-do list’ of all current
and overdue tasks on each staff member’s computer
- Add additional special tasks to any case whenever you want, and copy them to any other case at any time
- Develop your own checklist of tasks to suit your individual
approach to insolvency … or use a pre-defined set of tasks
for each case type
